Usually takes a few days for a pull request to make it into the main app site. You could install it from your own cline of the repository.

There are two app loaders you can use (additional to several ways of running your own). One at https://banglejs.com/apps/. That one needs manual intervention by @Gordon to be updated and should contain more stable (older) apps. The other one is https://espruino.github.io/BangleApps/ and is automatically up to date with all accepted pull requests of the Github BangleApps development project. The pull request you mention (https://github.com/espruino/BangleApps/pĀull/2778 ) has been merged two days ago and is available since then on the development app loader.

I was on holiday last week, and generally I try not to make changes just before I go on holiday in case something breaks and I'm not around to fix it! I'll update it on the main app loader soon
I contacted Romanisthere, the developer of the watch face "Pebble with distance and steps" about adding US units and PM/AM locale, which he did and didn't take the money I offered (Big thanks to him!). However, his app was updated yesterday, and still the BangleJS app store doesn't list his 0.4 update.
