The nRF52810 only has (I think?) 192kB of flash. You could run a cut-down version of Espruino without a bootloader, but the actual difference in cost between that and a nRF52832 is probably only $0.5 - it's hardly worth it, and it's definitely not worth me putting the time in to maintain a cut down version :)
If you're trying to go very cheap, I'd have thought nRF51822 might be better - it has more flash!

Just been fiddling with my Puck, and was struck by the realization that I never thought of running it on a nRF52810, would that be doable? The recent emergence of really low cost (<5$) 52832 make this maybe irrelevant, but I was just wondering.
