Is your firmware up to date?
First step, change your clock face and see if that helps. It can also be worth logging in via the Web IDE and running
process.memory().freeto see how much memory is available since it looks like you have a few widgets running as well.Are you using it with Gadgetbridge? I guess it's possible that Gadgetbridge it sending data to the watch too quickly - you can disable
Allow high MTUin settings and that can help too
