Thanks for the update! I just contacted the seller of the IWOWN I6 HR C and they say that they are able to flash custom firmwares onto the watch, so potentially I could get a version done that comes running Espruino.
Please can anyone who reads this let me know if they're interested? If it's something there is enough interest in I could get a batch made (I'd have to be able to place a reasonably sized order I imagine).
