Nothing should have changed (which firmware do you have?) - when a device is connected to Puck.js, it will stop advertising - but it'll restart when it disconnects. Do you think it's possible you did something like make Puck.js a HID device, that would have made your PC/Mac try and keep a permanent connection to it?
Also, what happens if you don't upload your code to the Puck, but just upload a blank editor window? It might be something that your code is doing?
