Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

Yes, it should be able to. Try the Nordic nRF UART app, and also the Adafruit Bluefruit app.
We're actually trying to make a Web Bluetooth browser for iOS, with a certain amount of success. Hopefully there will be something to announce soon :)
