I'd love to know if there was such a thing - potentially Pixy might work, but it's overkill :)
Failing that, depending on what you are taking a picture of, you could use the ADNS5050 and shine red, green and blue light on it. Getting good focus on the ADNS5050 is still a complete pain though, as it doesn't come with a lens.
