Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

Farnell = Element14 = Newark I believe, and they do have centres in the US.
But you could easily get something similar from Mouser - just search for
47uF 1210. You can use tantalum capacitors too, but then you have to worry about getting the polarity right.
