So I'm getting this error message in both the app loader and in gadget bridge: "malformed JSON from Bangle.js: No value for t."
I can't reconnect to the app loader to erase all apps and start over, so I'm uncertain of what to do here.
Also, when did the Bangle develop the capacity to assign value to things like tea and coffee? 🤣
Any help is appreciated!

I've attempted to utilize the HID Keyboard without any results in the past, and assumed it was a bug that would be worked out. I'll try again.
I'm still rather interested in using TFL to do some simple scrolling, power point control, or open apps as a way to expand how users can interact with the UI of the phone. (ie. Up Up = scroll up, left = next slide, etc.)

Numerals clock (sometimes the image watchface) and only the gadgetbridge widget, as too many others causes the watch to lose a lot of memory.
And yeah, I just hold button 3 to reset, I would ultimately just like it to not happen.
I haven't looked into the code of the watchface itself, so I'm uncertain about clearInterval()

So there are a couple apps that focus on TFL and sending the information to a computer, but what would it take to connect this to Android/iOS thru, say, IFFTT or some other application? It's beyond my knowledge level, but I believe the question is worth asking, and would take the potential of Bangle.js to an entire new level. Thoughts?

After trying to connect from my phone (Opera browser) instead of my computer (Chrome), I was able to connect without any problems. For some reason, this is only happening in Chrome. Sort of no longer an issue, except that it's more convenient to use my computer. Let me know if you guys have any thoughts on the matter.

So, I haven't made any changes to my Bangle.js in a few days. I check the app loader and see something I want to add, connect, and it fails to do so. I've done a hard reset to the watch (btns 1+2, then release btn1), reloaded the browser, connected back to my phone, disconnected from phone, reset the settings on the watch, activated "make connectable", all to no avail. Sometimes the browser waits a few seconds, or sometimes it's immediate, but it always returns with "device connection failed, undefined." Any suggestions?

So I often have to reinstall all apps and faces, because one or more apps, faces, and widgets appear to disable the menu at worst, or at best cross buttons 1 and 2. So I reinstall every app one....by...one.... in order to figure out which app seems to be causing this issue. Once the problematic app is uninstalled, the problem goes away. Anyone else have this issue? I know there is an experimental apps versus stable apps section, but it seems multiple apps are still unstable (although I am aware and validate this is still early in the Bangle's and subsequent apps' development).
In case a list of problematic apps would be helpful:
Watchfaces: Blob clock, Bar clock, one of the command-line type clocks (forget which one), Numerals Clock (button switching)Widgets: Simple heart rate widget, pedometer widget, digital clock widget
Apps: bluetooth joystick, and one or two others I can't recall
.....And now that I was confirming one or two apps, sometimes after uninstalling them the menu can be accessed.... and sometimes not. Perhaps this has NOTHING to do with the apps? Now I'm really confused. I think it should be noted a hard reset does nothing to fix this. Insight appreciated.
Also, an idea here: In the instance that it actually IS buggy apps, would there be a way to upload common problems under each app's description in the installer so that people can be aware of potential issues when downloading?

What phone do you have?
The Hisense A5, an e-ink smartphone that recently came out in China.
Could you maybe try removing the watch from Gadgetbridge, and trying again without choosing to pair when prompted?
I just tried it. We shall see. I didn't even know that was possible to connect without pairing. I'll post again in later today if this resolves the issue.
If you have Android this might be the battery optimization.
I actually did go into the optimization settings and removed Gadgetbridge, and simply forgot to mention that in my earlier post. Thanks for bringing it up, though, as it's an important point to mention for others with a similar issue.
Bangle.js 1
I am running v12, and apps seem to pause in the middle of uploading. If I reload the page I have a small chance of getting some apps through, but the vast majority of the time it pauses without any progress several minutes later. Any ideas?
