Documentation on espruino site miss some simple step, so I write them there:
1) you need to connect to Serial1 on the olimexino. It's the one on the UEXT port.
2) if you get "Chip replied with a NACK during 0x31 programming failed" during the flash process, retry without -k parameter. It works for me, YMMV.
