Hi, yes - that's normal. While the Bangle.js 2 can beep, it does so via the vibration motor (there is no dedicated speaker) and so it is very quiet. Generally nothing really uses it (including Gadgetbridge notifications) apart from a few apps that use it to play music for fun or things like that

Yes, and manic monday :) The first set of Bangle.js 1 didn't have a speaker either, so to get sound they did the same trick too.
Hi there everyone! just received my banglejs 2 and have been setting it up for the past hours (firmware and software updates, connecting with gadgetbridge etc).
But I've got a question. In Settings>Alerts, I have both "Beep" and "Vibration" setting turned ON. Problem is whenever I get a notification from gadgetbridge app, the banglejs does vibrate, but does not beep.
The notification can be a new email, a new message etc.
Is this normal?
Thanks!
