Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

It's still worth checking the power supply - maybe putting a bigger capacitor across GND and VBat.
While Arduino may work, it'll be outputting 5v which may mean the display isn't quite as picky as it is for Espruino.
