Thanks for checking that, that doesn't sound good - and do you think you could try putting your phone into airplane mode for a few seconds then out again (or ideally rebooting it) and check again just in case?
You'd be amazed at how often issues the phone's bluetooth gets confused.
But if it's still an issue then we'll get you a replacement. Sorry for the inconvenience - it is extremely rare there are issues like this.
