What if you put it into DFU bootloader mode, and try scanning with NRF Connect there, looking for a device called 'DfuTarg'?
The thing is, we check Bluetooth as part of sending the watch out - the way we do the programming/testing now the watch wouldn't have had any of the JS files on it if Bluetooth hadn't worked when we shipped it out.
So if Bluetooth has stopped working, it would have had to have broken in transit, which while not impossible is pretty unlikely so I'd like to make sure we exhaust all other possibilities.
