It's really hard to see what's up from the pictures, but is it possible you've been swimming or showering with the watch or something like that? slightly patchy looking screen and touchscreen issues sounds to me like the watch is full of water inside?
If so, I wouldn't charge it for a bit (and would actually choose the 'run battery down' option from the settings menu), and then would leave it somewhere nice and warm and dry for at least a week. If it's got so much water in there that it's visible through the screen, one week may not be enough and it might need a bit more though
