Yes - I'd love to support ESP32-C2/C3 at some point, but they are not supported at the moment.
I believe Espruino will run on RISC-V (there was at least one port that didn't require any real changes to the interpreter) so it's mainly a matter of getting it built with Espressif's newer SDKs I think.
