  • @Gordon hmmm slight snag, the button appears to have failed after a few weeks of usage and no longer clicks at all, I can't trigger it even after a battery change. Would this be covered under warranty? Temp sensors etc seem fine. Thanks!

  • Hi,

This is on the Puck? If you take it out the case, can you press the button on the PCB itself?

I've never had anyone report issues with the button before - usually any issue with the button not being pressable is due to the PCB being misaligned in the case... could that be it?

  • Yep, I took it out to replace the battery and no joy with the button. It's like it's gotten stuck in place and won't move inside or outside of the case.

  • Wow, ok - how old is the Puck?

  • Sorry for the delay, I was working abroad for a week or so. The puck was bought in January so a couple of months but it was a month or so old when it broke.

  • Sorry about that - but yes, that'd be covered under warranty. I'll send you an email
