Those MHP30 are great, but I also bought one of these a while back: https://www.tindie.com/products/c0pperdragon/hot-plate/ Sadly he's not selling them any more, but it was surprisingly effective given how cheap it was and I still use it for big things in preference to the MHP30. There might be similar cheap options available
