Some (super small) custom device with buzzer+battery+BLE chip with some special BLE service implementing beeps?Something very small that could be connected to the Bangle over bluetooth and make hearable sounds. But it seems like it's a little bit pie in the sky then...

LE Audio is not an option and typical Bluetooth speaker is not using BLE but Classic Bluetooth which is not an option too.
