So are you developing in JavaScript? Or are you attempting to write a custom binary onto the boards?
I'd used Windows 7 with the Picos for a while and it worked fine - although I admit I never used the Embedded version
The version 1.4.0 drivers linked from http://www.espruino.com/Quick+Start+USBshould work (did you install the right 32/64 bit version?). Is it possible there might be a conflict with 1.3.1 if that were installed?
(also, moved this to the correct forum, as this is not ESP32)
Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.
