That is very surprising. I'm afraid I'm not sure what the issue would be there as I haven't seen it happen here...
Does it happen if you just do a recording with the Bangle on your desk? If so, maybe you could connect to the Bangle with the Web IDE and then start the recording, and could then let us know if it displays anything on the console after that 45-60 minutes? That might help track it down if it's some kind of error.
When I configure Run to display my speed it only does so in mph
Have you installed the Languages app? If you install that for your country it should hopefully allow the run app (and many other apps) to report the right units?
