That's odd - have you tried just restarting the Chromebook? Sounds stupid but sometimes the Bluetooth stack can get itself confused - maybe even turning bluetooth off/on would do it, but the restart is a way to be certain.
GATT Error Unknownis really an error that comes from the Chromebook's bluetooth (not the Bangle).
