Ok, thanks. Well, that seems pretty conclusive that the Bangle is at fault then.

I'm sorry for all the trouble - Christine will drop you an email and figure out what you'd like to do - either getting a replacement Bangle or a refund.

Noted sir and im sorry for troubling you and your staff. I wish it can be done easily.
I wait for your mail and im still want the bangle instead of refund. Replacement are the good choice
