Have you tried this: https://www.espruino.com/Quick+Start+BLE#with-web-bluetooth ?
On some OS additional work is needed. -

Does it connect fine to other computers?
It's possible:
- you still have an active Bluetooth connection to another PC (Bangle.js can only have one Bluetooth connection open at a time)
- You've got Gadgetbridge installed on your Android phone, and you need to disconnect the Bangle before you can connect
- you still have an active Bluetooth connection to another PC (Bangle.js can only have one Bluetooth connection open at a time)

Yes i already tried and using pc. The result are the same with the android. Which is lead to not found any device that related to bangle.
Not like in the picture attached.

No sir.
For the first statements, the computer and my Smartphone cannot find any Bluetooth device that related to bangle but for the others bluetooth device like speaker or smart tv, it works without error.
For the 2nd statement, What is gadgetbridge? How to know if i already install it because im never successfully making a connection either using phone or computer.

Did you manage to try: https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js2#resetting-without-loading-any-code - so the Bangle.js logo is displayed on the watch screen?
Please can you also try connecting with https://www.espruino.com/ide/ ? It seems from the screenshot like you're using https://espruino.github.io/EspruinoWebIDE/ which may cause problems.
If none of that works, please can you try entering DFU mode (https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js2#android-ios-app) and seeing if the 'NRF Toolbox' app on Android can see a device called 'DfuTarg' at all?
For the 2nd statement, What is gadgetbridge?
Don't worry then. If you didn't specifically install it (http://www.espruino.com/Gadgetbridge) then it won't be an issue :)

I tried it and it show like this2v12
mac address (xx.xx.xx.xx.xx)
Copyright 2021 G.William[>]
And that above symbol keeps showing and is it stuck...[2]
For the 2nd suggestion, I already tried too and it also did not showing any device while doing scanning using pc that have bluetooth or android phone (using latest chrome).[3]
For the third suggestion, not trying yet and will do when first suggestion are back to normal. Cause right now it looks like bootlooping.. It looks like stuck forever at sign :[>]
Edit
@Gordon it seems like all the three suggestion that you suggest have a dead end and from what i analyze is it seems like cannot found any bluetooth device of my bangle.js.
How to check bangle.js bluetooth if they are working properly? -

How to check bangle.js bluetooth if they are working properly?
Thanks for checking all the above. If your Bangle.js isn't showing up in NRF Connect when in Bootloader mode, it sounds like there's definitely a Bluetooth issue - which is frustrating because we do check Bluetooth on all watches before sending them out, so somehow yours must have broken in transit.
Was that your screenshot? So you have Puck.js and that works fine?
Where did you buy your Bangle from? And has it ever worked? Or was it like this when you got it?
Then the watch itself restart and entering normal boot to the main page again
Yes, that's expected.

Well, i wish that was't issue too. But for now, i think the same way, bluetooth of the device are broken.
1: Yes it was my screenshot from my smartphone and im not sure what is puck.js, cause im just follow 100% from tutorial of the 3rd suggestion.
2:Im bought it from your website and just receive it on 02/04/2022 and trying to make a connect but it wont work. Then i found this forum to asking the solution. Yes it was just like this when im receive it. Im just turn it on to use it and its loading then go through the tutorial as usual. But when im trying to use all source i have like multiple smartphone,pc,laptop,
i cannot find or scan or detect the mac address of the bangle. -

Ok - but this screenshot wasn't yours then? http://forum.espruino.com/comments/16467169/
what should i do now? Any customer service i can contact?
If we can't get this sorted then I'll arrange that we swap the Bangle for a working one.
But it is rare that Bluetooth would be broken because we do test every device before sending it out.
My concern right now is that I'll arrange to swap your Bangle and you will have exactly the same problem with the replacement, so I'd just like to be absolutely sure first.
Please can you try running NRF Connect when the device is in DFU mode? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=no.nordicsemi.android.mcp
It looks from the screenshot you posted in http://forum.espruino.com/comments/16467445/ like NRF Toolbox has been updated a few weeks ago and now it may not have actually shown the Bangle in that list even if it's fine. At least in my tests here, even if I scan for UART devices when the Bangle is out of DFU mode, when 'Nearby' is checked you have to be within about 5cm of the device for it to appear.

1: No sir the screenshot for the first that you quote above are not mine.. im just take from you tutorial site to tell you that If im not having any error my picture should shown like that.
2: Sure sir
3: I already download and im gonna do the test now.
4: Yes the screenshot that i take was from my smartphone.
Wil come back a few minutes later to update the results
Edit
- Yes NRF Toolbox has been update a few weeks ago and it seems like i need to install separate apps to use DFU
- I try using the NRF Connect and my MIBOX 4 also have a bluetooth and it can easily found it. Meanwhile after i'm turn off the MIBOX 4 and in a DFU mode for bangle, nothing were detect in the gui of NRF Connect.
- I will to sent you the video in PM for you to escalate is what im doing is right or wrong.
[Done sending the link for the video through gdrive]

Thanks for bearing with me, and for the video!
I try using the NRF Connect and my MIBOX 4 also have a bluetooth and it can easily found it
Ok, thanks. Well, that seems pretty conclusive that the Bangle is at fault then.
I'm sorry for all the trouble - Christine will drop you an email and figure out what you'd like to do - either getting a replacement Bangle or a refund.

Noted sir and im sorry for troubling you and your staff. I wish it can be done easily.
I wait for your mail and im still want the bangle instead of refund. Replacement are the good choice
After a few hours tried to make an connection, it seems like i have found a dead end on how to solve this. Many ways just including reset all things go back to where it started and still cannot find the bangle.js device.
Need help.
EDIT
Either using pc which have Bluetooth device or smartphone (google chrome up to date), the result are still the same... Did not found anything related to bangle.js.
