What do the contacts on the back of the Bangle look like? are they corroded?
On the Bangle's we're selling now we add tape over the middle 2 contacts to help with this, but if you have a KickStarter Bangle the contacts might have got corroded to the point where the charger isn't making contact? You could try giving them a quick clean and see if that helps?
