Hi! Sorry about this - did you find the cable looked like that right out of the box?
I'm on holiday this coming week, but if you're still having issues on my return I'll make sure this gets sorted one way or another.
We do sell cables but they're shipped from the UK. In a previous post someone posted that this cable worked ok for them:
But again, that's not shipped from the USA.
I just measured an actual Bangle.js and:
The two connectors are 2.54mm centre-centre, however because of their width, pretty much any spacing from 1mm to 4.5mm would work (2.84 would be fine).
The magnets are 9mm centre-centre. I think about the only thing that'd really cause issues for you is the polarity of the magnets in the charge cable.
I'm not sure how technically inclined you are, but the Bangle has reverse voltage protection, so as long as you have a 5v power supply, for now, it'd be fine for the watch to charge it just by applying 5v to the two gold terminals - polarity here: https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js+Technical#charging-pins

For future reference, I ordered the second set of wires listed above (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QMVS1TH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_XZMS2MHV9FZQ1XYADFAB), and the black one fit my Bangle.js 1 perfectly (they come in a pair).

Excellent - thanks for the update!
Hello, I recently ordered my Bangle.js through Adafruit. Really excited to use it, but my charger was bowed out. I am working on a replacement through them, but would also like to buy a spare cable through Amazon. Is the charger cable a standard smart watch cable (finding a lot for 2.84 mm)? Anybody have recommendations? I am based in the US.
I was looking at the following cables

Attached some photos of the current cable.
