Where can I find the latest firmware for the HY-MiniSTM32V 3.2 inch LCD Board (VCT6)?

Best bet is just look in http://www.espruino.com/binaries/ - I think it's espruino_2v00_hystm32_32_vc.bin

But as I remember the 3.2 inch board became very tricky to get firmware into (the chip is reasonably small), and since there was no interest in it I stopped doing builds at that point.

there is UNMAINTAINED_BOARDS branch with these older boards
https://github.com/espruino/Espruino/blob/UNMAINTAINED_BOARDS/boards/HYSTM32_32.py

It should not be hard to do a fresh build yourself, the size of ram and flash is still enough, boards with half of that are more tricky (20/128KB - maple mini, blue pill, stlinkv2 dongle)
