Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

You say 'proprietary UART' - it's not the Nordic UART is it? If so you could then program Espruino with the Web IDE wirelessly - just like a Puck.js or other native Bluetooth LE device!
