This is a Bangle.js 1? Please can you follow the steps here: https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js#resetting-without-loading-any-code
Then try and connect with the app loader (if you were using Gadgetbridge make sure you disconnect this first). If that doesn't work maybe try another device
