Hi Jason,
This is a Bangle.js 1? Please can you follow the steps here: https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js#resetting-without-loading-any-code
Then try and connect with the app loader (if you were using Gadgetbridge make sure you disconnect this first). If that doesn't work maybe try another device

Have you tried connecting from a different device? Like a phone if you were using a PC, or vice-versa?
And did you definitely reset the Bangle such that it was displaying the Bangle.js logo when you tried to connect?

I did try my tablet and computer with no luck. The same problem persists. I followed the steps in the link that you provided to reset the Bangle.js.

Hi, what firmware version does it mention on the Bangle.js 1 boot screen?
The very early Bangle.js 1 firmwares still loaded some files booted with the steps at https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js#resetÂting-without-loading-any-code so it was possible to get them into a state where you couldn't recover unless you updated the firmware with the firmware update instructions at https://www.espruino.com/Bangle.js#firmware-updates - I guess that could be it
Hello,
I purchased a Bangle.js back in March and everything was fine until a couple of days ago. I noticed that the time was wrong and then I noticed that the seconds were not ticking as it was frozen. I tried to reset but it just went to a Bangle.js splash screen and never went any further. I tried to install default apps which did not work and I tried to reload the bootloader which also did not work. For both methods I got a message that there was not a connection to the watch. Please help me.
Thank you,
Jason
