Ok, so what happened when you did that is you overwrote the bootloader. I should add a warning to the Web IDE when it's connected to the Bangle, but some people legitimately use it so I can't remove it.
To fix it, follow the instructions I mentioned above, but remove and re-install Bootloader and that'll fix it.
Or just use 'install default apps' in the app loader which will overwrite everything and return it to a 'factory' state.
