Hi - there's actually a README in the latest version which'll be updated soon.
But basically GPS is turned on as soon as you start BangleRun, so you just have to wait for it to get a fix. If you haven't used GPS since the battery went flat it can take a while (maybe even 10 minutes) to get a GPS lock, but you can install the 'Assisted GPS' app which will load the GPS with up to date info, which cuts down the time to get a lock significantly: https://banglejs.com/apps/#agps
