A bit puzzled @allObjects, as the MDBT42Q breakout board is not a WiFi device. Also the detailed instructions under 'Firmware Update' specifically state "On your Bluetooth LE capable phone."
Was the intent to use the WebIDE? No, as that #1 is what caused this headache in the first place a month ago. Not grasping the 'WiFi' solution through all the 'BLE' fog. ;-)
