Yes, it definitely looks possible. There seems to be a JS library for controlling them at https://github.com/oyooyo/keyble/blob/master/keyble.js - however the protocol looks quite complex - it could take a while to get it running on Espruino...

That would be the easy option I think. It may well be possible to get it working (the code in that repo might be overly complex) but it depends how much time you're wanting to spend!
