The TV module is one that's built-in so you wouldn't find any JS for it.
I just checked and it's in Espruino Pico and WiFi but it looks like I had to remove it from the Original about a year ago because I was having trouble fitting everything in.
However I just did a build for the original board without network, but with TV. It's attached - you should be able to 'advanced flash' it.
