The Native IDE works fine on Windows 10 (but you have to pair) and Bluetooth devices appear in the main ports window (not under Web Bluetooth). It also works fine on older versions of Windows with most Bluetooth LE dongles (once you sort out the driver issues - you definitely don't want to pair it :)
Chrome Canary works great with espruino.com/ide on Windows 10 now (But you don't want to pair Espruino first!). In a month or two when Chrome 70 hits the 'normal' release it should work as-is as well.
Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.
