Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

Just treat it as an array of numbers. Once that is on a webpage it should be pretty easy to load that into whatever sound API you want in order to play it.
