No navigator.bluetooth - Web Bluetooth not enableddoesn't sound promising. Could you go to:https://googlechrome.github.io/samples/web-bluetooth/device-info.html
and see if that works?
Also try
chrome://versionin the address bar and see what version it gives you on the first line.
