Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

You could give this a try and it'll replace everything - including the bootloader: http://www.espruino.com/Pico#advanced-reflashing
Use a proper release (not a cutting edge one), as I don't think the cutting edge ones contain the bootloader.
