Can you try and firmware update over USB (so entering bootloader mode)? That will usually fix it.
Any idea how it happened? Were you using the
flash
library? -

No, I wasn't using the flash library.
And also, the bootloader mode doesn't work.
I soldered a bluetooth module to my board, and it worked just fine.
But after a few hours the permanent reset occurred -

Were you doing anything else? Did you connect any other hardware?
It's also worth trying another USB lead - just in case. Sometimes they can have dodgy connections.
Seems very strange that it would just stop working of its own accord.
Do you have a USB-TTL converter? If so you can re-load the bootloader and Espruino pretty easily assuming the chip itself didn't get broken somehow

My espruino's locked itself up in reset.
what I mean by this is that whenever I connect to it by usb or bluetooth, it doesn't show up as a device
but the red and blue LEDs are dimly turned on - which is what happens during reset.
Any solutions?
