Using RELEASE=1 also cuts out all NET_DBG and WIFI_DBG statements in my build

• user1.bin uses 474868 bytes of 479232 available
  
  

variables from 1700 to 1600 in ESP8266_BOARD.py

Did this, because needed more heap.
