I had almost the same issue. I completely uninstalled the BTLE dongle (ASUS BT400, based on the BCM20702AO chip) and reinstalled using standard Windows 7 drivers (+automatic online driver update). Now, the dongle is well recognized by the Espruino "native" IDE and I can scan for Pucks around.
Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.
