Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

I'm afraid it doesn't do that at the moment. The interpreter itself could be modified to add the functionality, but I'm afraid it's quite a big job to do it...
Probably the best bet is to use a Wifi/Ethernet connection and actually expose the files on the SD card via a webserver.
