Did you do your breakout in Eagle? Do you think you could put the schematics and component layout into the Adaptor repo here? http://forum.espruino.com/conversations/259519/#comment12093051
It doesn't have to be specifically for the Pico, but just having the outline would mean an adaptor could be knocked up in no time.
