Hi,
I just learned about the Bangle, and I'm pretty excited. It's very close to the hardware I wanted, so I woudn't have to build it myself!
However, I'm seeing a dearth of material regarding building software for it that is anything other than JavaScript. That's a bummer, because experience told me that doing anything serious in this language is not worth my effort. As I want to have options open for other, possibly less powerful hardware, my work in JS would automatically not be portable.
Is there a way to use anything else on the Espruino (I guess apart from POSIX shell ;))?
Has anyone managed to put some other OS on the Bangle?

Searching yields the specs for PineTime and not much more. None of the others I found have a GNSS unit, and that is super useful to have. Otherwise PineTime would almost fit the bill, except 4MiB of storage is barely sufficient (but I don't expect much choice in that). Oh, and only the Bangle advertises being watertight. That leaves the Bangle hardware at the top.
