A thousand pardons for the delay in the response! It seems that I appear here once a year ๐คฃ. And last year with all this pandemic situation, I didn't do my annual Espruino Christmas project.
In the integration it was just a script that glued the js files into one and sent it to Espruino using nodejs cli. I think the script is on the github, so you have to configure VS Code's launch.json to call the script when pressing F5.

It's Christmas, so how about a "IoT Christmas Rug", which warns via Facebook Messenger that someone is at the door and still plays Jingle Bells, all this with Espruino on our ESP8266.Check it out the article about it: https://microhobby.com.br/blog/2018/12/24/iot-christmas-themed-rug/
And I made a vรญdeo showing the use, audio are in portuguese but I wrote english subtitles :

In last weeks I have been working on Espruino for HiFive1. JavaScript running directly on a microcontroller with RISC-V architecture! Thatโs it! I am happy to share my port of Espruino to SiFive HiFive1 dev Board.
I also made some material about it:YouTube with an "Explanation" and some examples running in HiFive1:
https://youtu.be/54e5rqyNXqw
An article with almost the same material of the video but with the plus: of not having to see my face and hear my horrible English:

I hope it will be useful to the community.

Computer Scientist working since 2013 in the areas of embedded systems, Android and Linux. I worked directly with the Linux Kernel embedded in Samsung smartphones and tablets models that are sold in Latin America. Kernel Linux collaborator, on Linus Torvalds git tree, for the GPIO controller of the processor family used in Raspberry Pi. Speaker on Linux Developer Conference Brazil 2018.
Let us know if you already have something, any fork on Github that we can follow or help. Mine just arrived (yes in Brazil things take a long time to arrive, and with an import fee that $4 turns into $20). If I can help with something let us know, I'm tired of just seeing python running on it.
