bangle 2 not connecting after firmware update

just got my bangle 2, managed to get it connected to the browser to update the firmware but once that was done and i tried to connect again it got stuck on getting device info. tried connecting through the ide instead like suggested in one thread but that failed and now i'm only getting "connection failed" on both pages even after multiple reboots.
using edge on windows 10 since my usual browser (brave) doesn't support web bluetooth.

Sorry for the delay - did you get this sorted in the end?

What colour is the bluetooth icon shown on the watch?

There are some suggestions in https://github.com/espruino/BangleApps/wiki#faq-frequently-asked-questions but often it's:
- Some other device (like a phone) is auto-connecting to the Bangle and meaning you can't connect
- Your PC may need bluetooth turning off and on again - sometimes the bluetooth adaptor itself gets confused

never got it working on my pc but it works perfectly with my android so i'm just using that instead!
