How to support US DST changes offset

For annoying reasons, the United States has a different daylight savings times than the rest of the world. For the life of me. I can't figure out how to get the js to support it. Does anyone have any insights?

According to wikipedia:

In the U.S., daylight saving time starts on the second Sunday in March and ends on the first Sunday in November, with the time changes taking place at 2:00 a.m. local time.

Should be doable in the settings of https://banglejs.com/apps/?id=widdst
