Espruino is a JavaScript interpreter for low-power Microcontrollers. This site is both a support community for Espruino and a place to share what you are working on.

The part is STM32F103RGT6 or STM32F103RFT6
Digikey sells them individually, and they can be had on ebay too (the G is hard to find on ebay, but the F is not). They seem pretty readily available.
