Its only a Idea of Using some Kind of Arduino Like Devices.
The Segment Display Picture is that Dashboard that are using a Lot of Ninebot Scooters.
So there would be a possibility to Create some of Device and Use it in Many Devices.
The First is one with Second PCB for Blinking Lights. Second is the Standard PCB without Blinking Light Function.
